Conditions of $99 Evaporative Air conditioner Service Offer and $120 Split System Service Offer

  2. Price includes GST.
  3. Offer only available within Perth metropolitan area [40km radius from Perth GPO] plus Mandurah and surrounds.
  4. Evaporative air conditioner service offer includes removing all side filter pads, washing out with water and general clean, servicing ball valve in bottom tray and testing for correct operation, and checking and greasing pump for correct operation. Split system offer includes removal of filter pads and cleaning, electrical inspection, clean internal/external of condenser and provide service and condition report on unit.
  5. Cost of evaporative air conditioner service is based on a single storey property. Cost of service is based on safe access to unit as defined by Alinta Assist health and safety policy.
  6. Parts are not included.
  7. A written report will be provided.

Terms and Conditions of $130 'At Home Portable Gas Heater Service' Offer

  1. Price includes GST.
  2. Offer only available within Perth metropolitan area [40km radius from Perth GPO] plus Mandurah and surrounds.
  3. Servicing will be at the location agreed with the customer.
  4. 'In Home' service will be booked within 5 working days, during normal working hours [Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm].
  5. At home service to unflued gas heater includes blowing out dust from all internals, setting burner pressure and carrying out a safety check.
  6. Any additional unflued room heaters to be serviced while on site will incur an additional cost of $70.00 each.
  7. Parts are not included.
  8. A written report will be provided.
  9. Payment by cheque, credit card or cash must be made upon completion of the work.
