"Win a $1,000 Shopping Spree": To be eligible to enter, you must be an Alinta residential gas customer with a Direct Debit or Bill Smoothing application approved between 03 November 2008 and 20 February 2009 [entry is automatic for these customers]. Entrants are taken to accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The competition closes at 5 pm on 20 February 2009 and the winner will be digitally selected at random on 27 February 2009. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or post within one week of the draw date. There are five $1,000 Coles Group & Myer gift cards to be won. "Win your gas bills paid for a year!": This is an ongoing competition running from 03 November 2008 to 20 February 2009. There is one prize to be won each month from November 2008 to February 2009. To be eligible to enter, you must be an Alinta residential gas customer with a Direct Debit or Bill Smoothing application approved between 03 November 2008 and 20 February 2009. Customers will be automatically placed in the draw for the month they accepted for Direct Debit or Bill Smoothing. The maximum prize value is $1,000 [incl. GST].

The Promoter's decision regarding the draws, deciding winners and the conduct of this competition is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence shall be entered into.

Employees, relatives and agents of Alinta Pty Limited, Alinta Sales Pty Ltd, their related bodies corporate, Alinta Assist and prize donors/suppliers are not eligible to enter.
